we have found them to be very professional, always available for advice and
help and very friendly. Having previously used other letting agents, we can
honestly say that these fall short when compared to Griffiths Property
Management. We would highly recommend them and will use them again.

We asked Griffiths Property Management to find a tenant for a property we wished to let, the service was excellent. We had previously used another local agent to let our property and were most disappointed with their service, so contacted Carlie and were most impressed, we were informed of each viewing that was booked were given a follow up call after each one. They found us a tenant within weeks and cannot praise them enough. Thanks ever so much again!

I was very happy to accidently find gpm and I'm still happy today to be using Rob and his services. It's nice to know your investments are in safe hands. I would recommend GPM to any landlords within their catchment areas.

"I have found GPM a Godsend"
As a landlord who likes to have as little as possible to do with the day to day running of properties, I have found GPM a Godsend. They do everything for me, finding tenants, checking them in, setting up all the financials, sorting out maintenance and repairs quickly, etc etc. I have no hesitation in recommending their services..

If anyone is looking for a pair of safe hands to place the letting of their property with, they do not need to look any further than Griffiths Property Management. Rob has looked after our house for over 6 years and during this time has maintained the same high standard, ensuring we do not have to be concerned regarding tenants, maintenance or even the boring legislation bits. He is always at the end of the phone to discuss and solve any matters, his attitude is very professional and we would have no hesitation (and in fact have) in recommending him. This company goes above and beyond to make sure your experience with them is amazing. I have had multiple issues with my property that I haven't even been aware of because they have been dealt with and I was only old when they were solved. I cannot recommend this company enough.
